To submit or check a claim online:

1. You need information from your ID card. 
2. On the ID card you find the exact Member name on the card, marked in red below. 
3. Your username is your LastnameFirst Name without any spaces.  Example: SmithJohn
4. Your Member ID # marked in red below, will be the password.

4. Go to https://www.gbg.com/ where on the right hand side you will see a login panel.

5. Type your member name starting with the last name and then your first name. Example: SmithJohn

6. Type your Member ID into the password box and click login.

7. You will be asked a personal question for security purposes in order for you to move beyond this step

8. Once you have set up an account, you will be logged in. Follow the onscreen directions to file a claim or view an existing claim.
