I am happy with the policy and the price. I gave this 3 stars because the representative was somewhat confusing. I currently have the same policy that is expiring. I told her I wanted to renew it but she told me I couldn't renew it. I told her I wanted a comparable policy and described some specific limits I wanted. She then told me I could purchase the same policy. In effect, this was like renewing the policy that she told me I couldn't do. Also, I asked her to speak louder which she did briefly, then again I had a hard time hearing and understanding her.

"Cancel for Any Reason" is my main purpose for choosing Trawick. It's an affordable add-on to most of their packages.

I can only comment on the purchasing of my Alaska Cruise travel policy since I haven't taken the trip yet. The website was pretty intuitive. I especially liked the compare feature as it helped me narrow down my choices. I was unclear about 'Excess' coverage vs 'Primary' coverage. I think excess coverage means my personal health insurances (medicare + supplement) get billed first and I wait for their denial documentation before I can claim benefits from the Trawick Excess plan, in other words Excess is a secondary plan? I'd have appreciated some explanation as well as identifying each plan on the main list as Excess or Primary. I had to compare, 3 at a time, to see which plan was which. I ended up buying a Primary plan.
