I did not understand you had a customer service team that would "actually help" with buying a policy. I'm not sure what I have purchased but I'm hopeful that if I should need medical aid for a serious injury, I will have coverage.

I was looking for an affordable travel insurance company for my upcoming trip to South Africa.
Trawick was listed in a Google search for policies for seniors. After purchase I read reviews which were 50/50; some excellent, some not good about claims submissions and responses. So I am holding my breath and hoping I will have an uneventful trip without the need for submission of any claims.
Of note, I did have an online chat with Amanda because for some reason I was unable to print the viewed documents. Amanda sent an email with the travel card which I was able to print.

I purchased a plan online and realized the next day that it didn't meet the requirements I needed. I called and they cancelled my policy and then I was able to go back online and get what I had to have. Very friendly and professional company. I will use them again and highly recommend them!!
