I have used Trawick several times. When I had questions they were right there to answer. So far have never had to make a claim. I did have to cancel once due to Covid. So far nothing but positive things to sat.

Fast , knowledgeable and courteous service from your agent Shawn. We were given several options for coverage and pricing. We were able to choose the one we wanted, helped by explanation of each by Shawn. We are very pleased. This is the second time this month we have bought coverage from Trawick and will do so again when we travel.

I just go online and put in my destination (although on a cruise I put in the first destination as it only allows you to do one place...OK???) and am usually doing a cruise. I have also purchased trip insurance for some all-inclusives I've been on as well. Very easy to do, choose the quote for the coverage you want, click accept and it's easy! Very affordable and piece of mind that you are covered.
I had to chat with customer service several times. When I chatted during the middle of the day, the wait times were quite long.
As far as whether I would recommend Trawick or use it again, it will depend on my experience with this policy. I think it is inappropriate to ask the question at this time, so I said "no".
Last trip I went to hospital in Cabo for kidney infection and follow up appts. Once home I filed claim, it took a while to process, 3-4 months, but Trawick/Nationwide paid back every peso of the $2000 I paid out of pocket. Great! Just save EVERY invoice and receipt.
