The service to purchase the travel insurance plan is excellent, prompt responses and feedback from agents. This is my second time buying with Trawick and do hope if there is a claim that it would be processed with the same expediency.

This was my fifth or sixth policy with Trawick. The two people I've dealt with have been extremely helpful, patient, informative, and a delight to work with. The policies are easy to interpret and to choose among.

Website is informative making it easy to compare, then select the policy that meets our requirements for a travel policy. Easy to fill out the application. The website is straight forward.

The representative that I consulted prior to ordering, was not really forthcoming with information or very friendly. Chose this insurance because a family member had purchased it in the past and got covid and was appropriately reimbursed. If I hadn't had that information based on the mediocre customer service I might have looked elsewhere The on-line experience and application was easy to follow.

Great options and reasonable price!

Trawick has great coverage for a reasonable price. They are one of the few companies that clearly state Covid coverage.

We have used Trawick previously, it is the least expensive coverage that we have found. The website was very easy to use.

It was painless. No problems. We’ve never had to use our policies so I’m not sure how that would turn out.
