only down side was no official receipt to print off, luckily i printed the "view receipt" page before i left the site.

Very simple to purchase. A couple things that should be clarified:
1. Purchasing online only allows to enter one destination despite traveling to other destinations.
2. When asked about cost of trip, there is no definition. Is this only the cost of travel (ie flights) and accommodations?
3. There are several travel insurance packages to choose from. It would be nice to have a "comparison" chart where you can view side-by-side the differences.
It was super quick process and I did very close to the beginning of my trip. No hassles.
Before deciding about using Trawick again most people would probably see how the first experience goes.
Fairly simple process but I can see how it could be confusing. It might be helpful to give a basic outline of the different types of coverage before getting the question about what type of coverage is wanted to get to the quote area.
Also saw conflicting information in two different places on the same page about time requirement for baggage delay.
