User friendly website, great travel insurance prices & clearly written policies

I found in Forbes the recommendation of this company.
I bpught my first insurance for a short trip to France and then one to UK when I wanted to renew it it redirected me to the link of the first I bought So never could renew/extend the one I needed for UK since I extended my trip here.
I tried to reach ypu by email and no one answered finally I just bought a anew one.
But it concerned me that it would be the same when trying to get a refund if ever needed. That your replies are so long.
The rest quite excellent the ifnormation is clear etc

Quick, easy, and inexpensive. Told my other trip mates and they cancelled their other insurance, went with Trawick!

When I called I asked the associate to give me the same exact policy as my last trip to Jamaica, but that was not done. I ended up having to go into the policy and make adjustments

Flexibility in choices of coverage made this policy the best value

Website was intuitive, would help if co formation of plan based on country of entry.

Very easy to apply for the ins. Glad they identified that it qualifies due to Covid in Costa Rica.

The online platform did not recognise my existing policy so I was forced to make a new policy rather than extend the policy I had.
It was on a Sunday so no customer support was available.
It was frustrating and time consuming. I believe Trawick has an excellent product.

The gentleman I talked to prior to purchasing was very helpful. He was kind and courteous and helped me with my travel requirements to TCI easy. I got an email with the details we talked about and the buying of the policy very easy. Thank you for the pleasant experience.

Good price, easy to purchase, good product

Very easy and very efficient. I have not yet needed to use it for medical while traveling. That will be the true test. Prices are excellent. Thus far it feels safe.

My representative was great the phone was disconnected and she even called back to reconnect with me.
