The difference between expat and travel insurance was a bit confusing for me and an explanation of the differences would help. Your staff were pleasant, both online and telephone.

I was confused about the different policies from other insurance companies and had a quote from Trawick International. So I emailed my trip advisor who gave me the direct line to customer service. The customer service rep was so empathetic and helped me through the varieties of plans. She was clear, concise and caring. I felt reassured about my purchase of the travel plan.
