I purchased the same Safe Travels Executive Annual plan last year too. It is underwritten by Nationawide Insurance and have filed a claim once and was approved fairly quickly. It has Covid coverage and the price is reasonable for an annual plan and also meets the minimum medical coverage required by many travel companies.
