I have used Trawick International several times to cover my trips to Costa Rica. Purchasing coverage that meets Costa Rica entry requirements is easy, and the prices are great compared to other providers. Trawick is my go to for travel insurance.

First of all, I was delighted to be able to speak with a person without a long wait. I was considering other insurance and was beginning that long holds were the norm...but not with Trawick! The representative was knowledgeable, professional, knew the clarifying questions to ask and sent me an email with the best options for my needs-spot on!. I can't tell you how pleased I was and am fully confident that if we should need to make a claim (hopefully not) that the customer service then will be equally responsive. That representative and the quick response made all the difference.

Purchased the least expensive plan necessary to enter Costa Rica two years ago, and am doing the same for a trip to Egypt next month. Very simple to purchase online. A variety of plans are available, but I just wanted what would get me into the country at a low price.

Somewhat overwhelming with choices and looks like all tie in the cancellation and medical evacuation witch I all ready have coverage. Mostly needed the access to Get the QR code for travel to Costa Rica. Just an added fee for travel as I see it.

Very easy to get a quote, purchase, and reasonably priced. Great documentation once purchased.

Everything was great and I got the necessary required insurance.

Trawick's website was extremely straightforward and intuitive. I was able to understand clearly the coverage I was purchasing, and am confident that it is just what we need for our trip.

So many policies to choose from and can be daunting to select the "right" one. You can see "side by side" comparisons on line but for any coverage details, you need to delve into the minutia and lose the comparison. I believe I found the best option for me but guess I won't really know until I need to submit a claim. It might be helpful to have a brief description with the policy summary, such as "This is a good choice for some not using air transportation", or " This is a good selection for extended vacations", etc.

I feel the coverage was a good value, but my only concern was with the different options.
I had difficulty determining which option would best suit my wife and I so we picked one in the middle of the road.
I tried to chat and could not get anyone, and I called and really did not get a good answer on the differences there either

I think I had no less than 20 emails with Kathleen Wilson regarding my purchase. It was complicated because I had a solo trip that was rescheduled, but I ended up changing the trip to a couples trip with my husband. She was great even though I am sure she was getting frustrated with me. She never lost patience and answered my questions professionally and promptly. Kathleen was awesome and I appreciated her help!

This policy porvides a very good balance between benefits and price. I called your representative to obtain clarification on a number of items. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. The purchase process online was very simple and immediately gave me access to the documents I need for my trip. Hopefully I don't need to use the insurance but if I do, I am anticipating a similar experience. Trawick International will definitely be a top consideration in the future.

This policy was around the same cost as what the cruise line was charging for there insurance, but was considerably better.
