I am traveling to Sweden for 3+ weeks and went on line to find the same type of coverage. The specific offering changed ever so slightly in 10 months, more choice and types of coverage. I made my choices based on my coverage for last year and the specifics of this trip. It was so efficient I was not certain I had completed everything required but I had.
