I have bought this insurance a couple of times before, and I always come back when I have the need.

Service was prompt and efficient. Could not have expected anything more. Excellent!

I did prolong my stay, but forgot to renew it early enough. It would have been convenient, if I would have been able to do that - even if I would have to pay for days already passed.

I did get a quick response by emailing my question after trying to phone in. The phone service was horrible. Called twice and was on hold for 30 minutes with no one ever answering! That's why it's 4 stars instead of 5. Either offer to call back or at least tell us what number we are in line. Not pleased with your phone service.
