My big complaint in Travel Insurance is the overload of features I do not need nor want. I was so happy go find this company where the basic reason I want insurance is for the possibility of a cancellation (never had one yet). The trip is many months out as I plan well in advance. The policy I choose is basic and I am one happy camper.

The Insurance Policy document, Insurance ID card etc were all available immediately after purchase under 'My Account" - after completing a very easy registration process on the Trawick International website.

This is about the fourth policy that I’ve gotten through this company and it’s always been very easy to navigate through the process. Luckily, I haven’t had to use any of the insurance yet but it’s nice to know it’s there.
I like that buying travel insurance is simple and easy. It's customer friendly. My previous experience with Trawick made me a repeat customer. More importantly, there is a actual person to answer your call, that's the best. Excellent customer service.
The experience was easy. I wasn't able to renew, why I don't know. So I started over and was able to buy the same plan I had before. ps - I had to file a claim when I had covid. The coverage took care of everything - from customer service to being refunded for all of my costs.
