I've purchased before but have never required a claim (thank goodness! ) ... so I can't recommend your ease of submitting a claim.
The process over the phone was very good. Your on-line purchase is very confusing regarding starting/ending coverage and starting/ending plan....had no idea what I was buying or when i was actually covered. Had to call Customer Service...hopefully won't need to find out if I am covered...
I have used Trawick in the past, no complaints.
The Customer Service Rep, Cole, was amazing. He should get a pay raise.

Called agent to confirm the South Pacific islands I’m visiting are covered. Agent just hung up at end without closing . My question was answered. Then a bot questioned the service and it only accepted saying the highest number 5 as a response. I said 3 and it did not accept that. Seemed deceptive to me that you only will accept positive ratings. Hopefully the insurance coverage will be valid.
Will probably be repeat customer if all goes well.
